Highlights from a fantastic day fly fishing the Derbyshire Derwent in June for beautiful brown and rainbow trout with a friend. We started the day by fishing mayflies, which yielded a few trout. When the rises stopped, moving to a team of spiders and wet flies resulted in more brown trout and a few rainbow trout. By mid-afternoon, it was time for some tight line nymphing to catch the trout that were sheltering on the riverbed. I hope you enjoy the video.
